The Choice Neighborhood Initiative welcomes Southeast Asian Educational Development of Wisconsin (SEAED) to the Asian Market Phongsavan, located in the Choice Neighborhood at 6300 N. 76th Street. SEAED's mission is to create a thriving Southeast Asian American community across Wisconsin.
